  1. Hi everyone! We’re thrilled that you’re enjoying our sew-along so far. It sounds like the timing of this project is right for many of you, and we appreciate the feedback. Trust me, it only gets better from here, so let your friends know that they can still catch up ; ) — lisa

  2. Am loving this project, love reproduction prints. Can’t wait for Fridays now.
    Thx so much.

  3. Oooh I love this block. I am totally enjoying the sew-along. My bee has just finished our row-by-row, and I have done my last block in a challenge, so I was really ready to dive into this new project. Keep ’em coming!

  4. So far I have kept up with this sew along. I love these fabrics and colors. Some of the fabrics I already had and others I used from my stash. Looking forward to Friday.

  5. I am really enjoying this. My favorite colors are earth tones (down and dirty ) as I call them. I am partial to civil war repo fabrics. Please keep them coming. I have a large stash of civil war reproduction fabrics. There is always one more quilt to make.

  6. Am loving this project. It is making me realize how rusty my piecing skills are because I primarily make applique quilts. I have Paula’s Hampton Ridge waiting for me to work on later and am using this smaller project to transition to it. My favorite colors are red, blue, yellow and green. If possible, I will include a bit of purple. My fabric stash only includes civil war reproduction or 1800s style fabrics to give my quilts the “instant old” look I love so much. I am a big fan of the Marcus designers who work with this time period.
