See Our QuiltCon Modern Traditionalist Winners!

If you were among the many enthusiastic attendees at QuiltCon in Nashville last week, you probably saw these beautiful quilts on display!  Marcus/Studio 37 Fabrics was pleased to return for another year as the sponsor in the Modern Traditionalism award, so we wanted to give everyone else a chance to enjoy them, too…

FIRST PLACE honors go to Christine Perrigo for “Infinite Magnification” below, inspired by the Robbing Peter to Pay Paul quilt design.

The SECOND PLACE prize was earned by Brigit Dermott for “Astonomer’s Daughter”, quilted in the style of 60s space-age design.

And Jenny Haynes snagged THIRD PLACE with “Modern Times”, an interesting fusion of New York Beauty and Drunkard’s Path blocks… Congratulations to ALL of the talented quilters whose pieces were showcased at QuiltCon — We appreciate your creativity!
