  1. I have the pattern for Songbook: Little Star Flannel pattern. Fabric by Laura Berriger.
I have a question about cutting from the White print – 3/4 yard. The 2nd step on pattern. I cut 2 strips 4 1/2″ x 40 1/2″ it then says
    Cut 2 strips, 4 1/2″ x width of fabric; from these strips, sub-cut 10 squares, 4 1/2″ x 4 1/2″; from the remainder, cut 2 rectangles 1 1/2″ x 6 1/2″
Are these from the original cut 2 strips, 4 1/2″ x 40 1/2″ or am I supposed to cut 2 more strips? I am a little confused.

  2. Why can’t I find the Cocheco Mills III collection anywhere and yet it is in my Fons and Porter EZ quilts summer 2012 magazine?

    • Hi Judy – I know, it can be frustrating…Unfortunately, the magazines work way in advance of our fabrics, and at times the fabrics are no longer available once the issue gets into your hands. I’d suggest you do a Google search on “Cocheco Mills III fabrics, Marcus” and see if some online resources come up.
